Blevin Brown is a founding partner at Veridian Strategic Partners and a co-developer of the company’s Continuous Market Sentiment Research (CMSR) approach.

Blevin advises management teams on a full range of investor relations matters, leveraging CMSR to provide management teams with a clear, up-to-date understanding of how investors are assessing their businesses.   

Prior to Veridian, Blevin spent several years as an investor relations consultant, where his practice included developing strategies and investor communication programs for various corporate actions such as M&A transactions and corporate spinoffs.

Prior to beginning his career as an investor relations consultant, Blevin held roles in Corporate Development at Uniti Group (UNIT) and in Equity Research at Stephens Inc.

Blevin holds a B.S.B.A. from the University of Arkansas.

Rob Munnings

Rob Munnings is a founding partner at Veridian Strategic Partners and a co-developer of the company’s Continuous Market Sentiment Research (CMSR) approach.

Rob provides executives with strategic advice to enhance their company’s investor messaging. He focuses on transformative events, strategic realignments, and ground-up investment narrative development, utilizing the CMSR approach to provide data-driven recommendations that maximize the effectiveness of an Investor Relations function. Rob also works with clients to develop and optimize their internal IR processes.

Prior to Veridian, Rob spent five years as a strategic investor relations consultant helping corporate clients improve investor messaging and develop internal IR departments. Rob began his career in Equity Research at William Blair, covering the Healthcare IT industry.

Rob holds a B.S. from the University of Illinois.

Garrett Phelps

Garrett Phelps is a founding partner at Veridian Strategic Partners and a co-developer of the company’s Continuous Market Sentiment Research (CMSR) approach.

Garrett counsels corporate clients on optimal investor messaging around matters such as new product development, management transitions, and activism defense, leveraging his experience as an equity analyst to help navigate critical aspects of the investor communication strategy. Garrett uses CMSR to deliver nuanced investor feedback directly to his clients.

Prior to Veridian, Garrett spent three years as an investor relations consultant, and prior to that he spent more than seven years in roles on both the buy- and sell-side. During this time, Garrett covered a range of industries at Circumference Group and Stephens Inc.

Garrett holds an M.S. in Finance from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University and a B.S.B.A. from the University of Arkansas.
