Brandon Newman,
Chief Executive OfficerMr. Newman is a seasoned senior executive bringing over 18 years healthcare and healthcare technology experience with a focus on the launch and on-going growth of products within emerging markets. His strengths include: identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities; developing and leading large teams of disparate companies and people; developing strong customer and channel relationships; selling and closing high worth prospects; and negotiating profitable multi-year contracts.
In 2009 Mr. Newman discovered the distribution dilemma that existed among the countless healthcare solutions available in the market and the providers they were intended to benefit. With a industry-leading vision to connect these solutions with America's healthcare providers in order to improve the healthcare provided to patients, Mr. Newman founded Veridian. In less than 2 years, Veridian grew from a new start up to distributing its solutions through over 150 sales partners nationwide, becoming the top partner in the West for Allscripts, and establishing itself as a premier partner and thought leader for Synnex.
Prior to Veridian, Mr. Newman focused extensively on strategic business growth for both established fortune 100 companies as well as new start-up businesses. He led the sales efforts as VP-Business Development for Prematics, a leading e-prescribing company, where he helped an emerging health IT company grow from a start-up venture to the fourth largest e-prescribing services provider. Prior to that, he led the launch and growth of emerging markets as VP-National Sales for SXC Health Solutions, VP-Business Development for Ingenix, a United Health Company subsidiary, and as Director of Channel at Medco Health Solutions.

Brad Barker,
President and Chief Operating OfficerMr. Barker brings a wealth of experience in management, negotiations and operations over his thirty year career. He is a true entrepreneur in every sense of the word and has significant experience and success with several companies—including a Fortune 500 firm. Since the formation of Veridian he has played a key role in the execution and development of the company. He has overseen the expansion of the Professional Services division that has proven to be an industry-leading implementation service for Allscripts MyWay.
Before helping found Veridian , he was the COO of a real estate title company that executed on a five year buyout plan with a Fortune 500 company. During that period he was instrumental in implementing electronic recording software and automating the operations through new software and processes. The Utah division was chosen to lead the implementation of the software throughout the United States. After the buyout was completed he stayed on as its Director of Operations until he became a partner to form Veridian . He has owned several business's in which he has served as Chairman, CEO, CAO, and President. Each experience has added to his well rounded style of management and understanding of business.

David Clayton,
Director of Professional ServicesMr. Clayton brings over 25 years of development and management to Veridian. As a software engineer, he has spent 25 years in the software development and video game industries. Mr. Clayton has founded technology businesses that focused on content control for DVD players and iphone/Smart phone development. Mr. Clayton has been featured in many print and media publications including The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Good Morning America, and the LA times.
He has found success in many different positions such as system analyst, product designer, artist, senior software engineer, project manager, and CEO/CTO. With Veridian, Mr. Clayton has shaped the Professional Services department into a market leading organization, focused on helping practices achieve greater profitability, productivity, and patient care. Professional Services is comprised of product training, customer service, client implementation shadowing, Project Manager shadowing, and on-going QA.

Sam Shannon,
Director of National Partner SalesSam Shannon is a highly accomplished business executive with a history of double digit revenue growth including multimillion-dollar revenue contributions across diverse industries and throughout the US. Organized and resourceful with natural leadership and team building skills, Sam is experienced in creating and deploying progressive marketing initiatives and campaigns and playing a key role in driving revenues and channel sales.
Some of his areas of expertise in his 15 years of business acumen have focused on mentoring and coaching cross-functional teams and multi-site management. Sam's experiences in Healthcare Consulting have included a wide range of products and services including EMR implementation and adoption, Rx Dispensing and Medical Billing Services as well as office work flow and profitability analysis.
The constant, persistent ingredient that drives the way Sam manages his business is twofold: Customer Service and the desire to improve healthcare one patient, one physician and one office at a time.
