Brandon Newman
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Newman is a seasoned senior executive bringing 16 years health care technology experience with an historical focus on the launch and on-going growth of products within emerging markets. During his career, he has been able to work closely and develop strong relationships with some of America's largest corporations including: Merck, Aetna, United Health, Medco, Humana, multiple BlueCross BlueShield plans, Novartis, CVS/Caremark, Walgreens, and Wal-Mart.
He most recently led the business development efforts for Prematics, where he helped an emerging health IT company grow from a start-up venture to the fourth largest e-prescribing services provider. Prior to that, he led the launch and growth of emerging markets for SXC Health Solutions and Ingenix, a United Health Company subsidiary.
Brad Barker
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Barker brings a wealth of experience in management and negotiations over his thirty year career. He is a true entrepreneur in every sense of the word and has significant experience and success with several companies—including a Fortune 500 firm. He has served as Chairman, CEO, CAO, CFO and President. Each experience has added to his well rounded style of management and understanding of business.
Most recently he integrated a privately held company Pixel, into a long term strategic development plan with Apple. He continues to serve on many boards in business and is heavily involved in community, civic and religious activities. Brad holds a BS from the University of Utah in accounting with a minor in finance and business administration.
Jason Hardin
Vice President of Sales
Mr. Hardin brings more than 10 years of enterprise software sales experience working for companies such as Novell, Siebel Systems, and Qwest. Most recently, he was Director of Americas Sales for Alfresco Software. With Alfresco, Jason has built strategic relationships with organizations such as Activision, Orbitz, Electronic Arts, CBS, Harvard Business School and MIT. He joined Alfresco in 2006, growing the annual sales in the Americas by an average of 300% year over year.
Prior to Alfresco, Jason served as a Regional Sales Manager at Novell. At Novell, Jason was charged with developing a sales and marketing strategy to turn around the weakening Southeast area. Jason's team increased net new Linux revenue by more than 400% and Identity Management revenue by more than 200% in 2005. Jason holds an MBA from the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah and a BA in Political Science from Brigham Young University.
